About peptides.fyi

peptides.fyi started because the information out there is either broscience from influencers selling you something, or dry academic papers that nobody reads. There was nothing in between — no credible, accessible resource for people who just want to understand what these compounds do and how to handle them properly.

This isn't a faceless store. It's built by someone who uses these products, researches them, and got tired of seeing the same misinformation recycled across social media. If you've watched the TikTok content, you know the approach: cite the research, acknowledge what we don't know, and skip the hype.

The store side is simple. Peptides need proper storage — cold chain, stable temperatures, clean reconstitution. Most people are using whatever they can find at the chemist or on Amazon. We're putting together purpose-built products that actually solve the problems the community talks about: travel coolers that hold temp, quiet mini fridges that fit on a desk, and supply kits that have everything in one box.

Australian-owned and operated. Based in Australia. All prices in AUD.

How We Research and Write

Every peptide guide on this site follows a structured research process. We start with the primary literature — peer-reviewed papers from journals like Journal of Physiology, Frontiers in Endocrinology, Peptides, and Life Sciences. We read the actual studies, not press releases or summaries from supplement companies.

For each peptide, we document the mechanism of action, the research status (preclinical, clinical, or approved), the dosing protocols used in published studies, and the known side effects with their frequency and severity. Where human data exists, we prioritise it. Where only animal data is available, we say so explicitly.

We do not make medical claims. Every guide includes a research status badge that clearly states whether the compound has human clinical trial data, preclinical evidence only, or is an approved pharmaceutical. This distinction matters and is missing from most peptide content online.

References are listed at the bottom of every guide with the journal name, year, and author. We are working on adding direct DOI and PubMed links to every citation for full verifiability.

Content Standards

Our guides are written to bridge the gap between academic research and the biohacking community. We aim for accuracy first, accessibility second. Every claim is traceable to a published source. When evidence is conflicting or insufficient, we say that too.

  • No paid placements. Vendor ratings are based on purity testing, shipping speed, customer service, and affordability. Vendors do not pay for ratings or placement on the site.
  • Affiliate transparency. Some vendor links are affiliate links. This is disclosed on every page where they appear. Affiliate relationships never influence ratings or editorial content.
  • Regular updates. Guides are reviewed and updated when new research is published or when dosing consensus shifts in the clinical literature.
  • Community-first. The dosing calculator, reconstitution guides, and educational content are free and always will be. The store sells physical products (storage, supplies) — not information.

Vendor Rating Methodology

Vendors are rated on four dimensions, each scored from 1 to 5: affordability (price relative to market), quality (third-party testing, purity certification), shipping speed (domestic delivery times), and customer service (responsiveness, issue resolution). The overall score is the average of these four dimensions.

Ratings are based on direct purchasing experience, publicly available COA (Certificate of Analysis) documentation, and community feedback from Australian peptide forums and groups. We update stock status regularly and clearly mark products as in-stock, pre-order, or out-of-stock.
